People Told Her She’s Too Ugly For Selfies But She Hits Back Like a Boss

The society we live in can sometimes be a cruel one. All over the world, there is a phenomenon that has not yet been eradicated. It’s about bullying.

It seems that more and more people are bullying others for the way they look.

You never have to judge a book by its cover but it seems that internet trolls have forgotten this.

38-year-old Melissa found out this on her own skin. When Melissa posted something on social media, she was always called “blobfish” or “potato with a do.”

Melissa has not been discouraged by the baseless attacks of the internet trolls and has responded in a perfect way.

During her life, Melissa underwent about 25 operations because of the Freeman-Sheldon syndrome she suffered.

On September 8, 2019, Melissa took courage and posted on Twitter some of the offensive comments she received.

She said: “This is just one more example of the kind of ableism that people with disabilities face every day and have something constantly trying to change.”

She did another comeback tweet that destroyed all her internet trolls once and for all.

Her last post managed to gather over 272,000 likes on twitter. And a lot of fans from all over the world admired his courage.

This is a happy case in which the person who was bullied managed to impose himself in front of the internet trolls.

Hopefully, many people will follow Melissa’s example and not be left demoralized by the trolls’ attacks.

Bullying Shouldn’t have a place in modern society.
